ConsusPartner advises Kelvion on the sale of Enexio Service to the DEUBIS Group
Kelvion, a leading global manufacturer of heat exchangers and a company of the international investment firm Triton, has sold ENEXIO Service. ENEXIO Service is the German market leader in the servicing of existing wet and dry cooling towers and the construction of new wet cooling towers. In the course of a strategic realignment of Kelvion, ENEXIO Service was no longer part of the core business. The sale is part of Kelvion's strategy to focus more on its core business and expand it globally.
Kelvion has found the ideal buyer in the DEUBIS Group, which is continuing its active consolidation strategy in the building maintenance industry with this acquisition and belongs to the growth investor DPE, which focuses on medium-sized companies. The new owner, for whom the takeover of employees and know-how was an important prerequisite, offers ENEXIO Service the best development opportunities.
