HRW Gebäudetechnik GmbH, located in Hamburg, is a leading provider of building services specialized in HVAC (heating, ventilation, cooling and air conditioning) and MSR (measurement and control) technology. In addition, technical facility management services are offered.
Gegenbauer Group, a leading German facility management services provider and the management of HRW sold their shares in HRW to Ufenau Capital Partners. With Ufenau Capital Partners, a Swiss private equity firm with focus on market-leading business services companies, the ideal partner for HRW has been found. Together with HRW’s management and further partner companies, Ufenau is developing a leading European full-service provider of intelligent building services with focus on energy efficiency.
Despite the challenging market environment, the transaction was successfully completed in a highly focused auction process.
