Gegenbauer Group acquires technical facility management service provider RGM
The Berlin-based Gegenbauer Group, a leading facility management service provider in Germany, is taking over the RGM Group, Dortmund from Georgsmarienhütte Holding. RGM focuses on technical facility services and property management, while the Gegenbauer Group is also active in infrastructural facility management, security services and the aviation services segment.
As a result of the merger, both companies will grow together into a new order of magnitude. The result will be a group of companies with around 17,000 employees and a total output volume of around 660 million euros. Outside Germany, the newly formed group of companies is active in the national markets of Poland, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Turkey. The RGM Group will be retained within the Gegenbauer Group as an independent company with its own brand.
