Jörg Mayer is one of the founders of ConsusPartner. Since 1994, he has been active in various functions in the field of mergers & acquisitions / financing, with a particular focus on complex transactions and carve-outs.
Prior to founding ConsusPartner, he worked in private equity at the consulting firms WestLB Panmure and Drueker & Co. (now Houlihan Lokey) and at Triton. He also has experience as an interim manager and investor in the operational management and further development of companies.
Jörg Mayer graduated from the University of Göttingen with a degree in business administration.
