ConsusPartner advises the shareholder of Endreß Ingenieurgesellschaft on sale to the svt group of companies
Endreß Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Brandschutzsachverständige, a leading engineering firm for the conceptual planning and organization of fire protection with nearly 100 employees at several locations in Germany, joins the svt group of companies, an Ergon Capital portfolio company.
svt is one of the leading manufacturers of modern fire protection products and industrial fire protection applications in Europe. In addition, svt offers comprehensive services in passive structural fire protection, damage restoration, and planning and organizational fire protection.
“As part of the svt group of companies, we can retain Endreß’ strengths while gaining new synergies. This puts the expertise of our originally family-run business on a broader footing,” says Tobias Endreß, managing partner of the company.
Endreß’ activities will be bundled in the course of the merger with SIGRA Brandschutz GmbH, which has already been a member of the svt group of companies for several years as an expert in fire protection concepts and safety graphics. The merger will leverage numerous sales synergies, in particular strengthening the network of branches and further optimizing support for customers with supraregional operations.
