TALIS Group, held by Triton, focuses business portfolio as part of realignment and sells STRATE to Düker
TALIS Group, a Triton investment and the world’s leading supplier of high-quality valves, hydrants and other solutions for irrigation, fire protection, potable water supply and wastewater applications, has sold FRISCHHUT Group, STRATE and the house connection business of Atlantic Plastics (TALIS UK). As part of the realignment of the TALIS Group’s business portfolio, the divisions were no longer part of the core business. These divestments represent another important step for the TALIS Group to simplify and realign its business portfolio in order to focus on its core business and increase customer satisfaction.
STRATE is one of the leading suppliers and developers of innovative and modern wastewater technology, for example wastewater pumping stations. The company offers a comprehensive range of services, from new installation and regular maintenance to refurbishment, spare parts distribution and reconstruction of existing equipment. By acquiring the company, Düker Group (DE), which specializes in high-quality water-related solutions, continues its strategic market orientation and expands its portfolio of solutions for the wastewater sector.
