FRISCHHUT Group, STRATE

and the house connection business of

Atlantic Plastics

(TALIS UK). As part of the

realignment

of the TALIS Group's business portfolio, the divisions were no longer part of the core business. These

divestments

represent another important step for the TALIS Group to simplify and realign its business portfolio in order to

focus

on its

core business

and increase customer satisfaction.
