Dr. Philip Zimmer has been working in corporate finance with a focus on M&A in Germany and Southeast Asia since 1997.
Prior to founding ConsusPartner, he spent eight years in M&A and privatizations at Houlihan Lokey (formerly Drueker & Co.).
He has transaction experience in the automotive supply, retail, consumer and industrial goods, industrial services, real estate and software industries.
Dr. Zimmer also worked at M.M. Warburg & CO and graduated as well as earned his doctorate at the Universities of St. Gallen and Hong Kong.
