TRASER Software sold to Aptean Inc.
TRASER Software GmbH is a leading provider of dealer management solutions in the DACH market for the heavy equipment, agricultural and construction machinery industry based in Kiel, Germany. Aptean Inc, Alpharetta, Georgia, USA, a leading global provider of AI-driven ERP solutions, has acquired all shares of TRASER, expanding Aptean’s presence in the DACH region and strengthening Aptean’s dealer management offering.
TRASER offers a fully integrated ERP solution that connects all dealership, service and rental processes, providing clear structures, precise communication and optimized processes that enable complete control over the machine dealership and rental lifecycle.
