Swiss SV Group sells Austrian catering activities
SV Group AG, a leading catering and hotel management group with around 5,800 employees, has sold the shares in its Austrian subsidiary SV (Österreich) GmbH to GMS Gourmet GmbH, a member of the Vivatis Group.
SV (Österreich) GmbH is active in the area of communal catering and operates around 50 business catering and 20 care catering locations in Austria with 450 employees. GMS Gourmet GmbH is the Austrian market leader in the community catering sector.
