Establishment of MMIC for the Gauff Group
In September, we assisted our long-standing client, the Gauff Group, with the establishment of Myanmar International Consultants (MMIC) in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. MMIC is a subsidiary of PPIC Co. Ltd. (PPIC) in Cambodia, a joint venture of the Gauff Group in the Kingdom of Cambodia. Since the opening of Myanmar and the recent lifting of EU sanctions, MMIC is the first engineering services company with foreign investor participation in Myanmar.
