ISS Germany acquires the Planungsgesellschaft IPL2 Pluralis®
ISS is one of Germany's largest facility services providers. Maintenance and renovation of existing properties are playing an increasingly important role in the management of real estate portfolios. Accordingly, there is strong customer demand for construction planning and management services. These services also play a key role in the major contract with Deutsche Telekom, which ISS will take over operationally from mid-2019.
The acquisition of PL2 Pluralis® Planungsgesellschaft significantly strengthens ISS's capabilities in this area. Pluralis has six locations in Germany and proven expertise in general planning, building renovation, energy solutions and fire protection.
ConsusPartner subsequently supported the ISS Group in its successful telecommunications project involving the purchase of PL2 Pluralis®. On the legal side, the proven cooperation with the law firm Noerr was continued.
