LAROSÉ GmbH & Co. KG is a leading textile service provider based in Cologne with a turnover of over €60 million. It has been successfully run by the second generation of the Imhoff family.
Despite its strong market position, the company lacked the critical mass to continue developing successfully in this highly competitive environment in the long term. Therefore, a sale to a buyer who would continue the company's culture and philosophy in the long term was considered.
