Sale of ISS Personalservice and ISS HWS

ISS Facility Services GmbH, part of the ISS Group, one of the world’s leading facility services providers, has sold its temporary employment and domestic services divisions to Teamwork – Die Büttgen GmbH.

The sale of the two companies, which employ over 400 people, will enable ISS to focus further on its core business of multi-facility management. For the Teamwork Group, Germany’s leading in-store logistics company, this will result in an expansion of its range of services.
