ISS Germany sells part of its cleaning business to the Klüh Group

ISS A/S, a leading global provider of property and integrated facility services, has sold its subsidiary ISS Facility Services GmbH to the Düsseldorf-based Klüh Group. The company, with a turnover of €46 million, operates primarily in the cleaning sector (87% of turnover) throughout Germany. Other services include catering and security services. The sale affects around 2,000 employees and 700 customers.

The reason for the sale was ISS’s strategy of focusing on national and international key account customers and integrated facility management solutions. With this acquisition, the Klüh Group is expanding its nationwide presence and strengthening its core business as part of its growth strategy.
