ISS acquires facility management provider Evantec from palero
ISS Facility Services Holding GmbH, a subsidiary of the globally active ISS A/S based in Denmark, has acquired EVANTEC GmbH from the private equity company palero invest. Prior to its acquisition by palero, EVANTEC was a company of the E.ON Group. In 2016, the company generated approximately £50 million in revenue with around 800 employees, providing technical infrastructure and nuclear services.
With this acquisition, ISS further strengthens its technical and management expertise in Germany. After winning the facility management contract from Vattenfall in 2014, the expertise gained with EVANTEC offers ISS excellent opportunities for further development in the energy sector.
