ConsusPartner advises Kelvion on the sale of Enexio Water Technologies to Brentwood Industries
Kelvion, a leading global manufacturer of heat exchangers and a company of the international investment firm Triton, has sold ENEXIO Water Technologies. ENEXIO Water Technologies is a leading developer and manufacturer of fillings and solutions that are primarily used in water and wastewater treatment and cooling towers, with locations in Germany, Czechia and England. As part of Kelvion’s strategic realignment, ENEXIO Water Technologies was no longer part of its core business. The sale is part of Kelvion’s strategy to focus more on its core business and expand it globally.
The US company Brentwood, a family-run and globally leading provider in the field of thermoplastic injection moulding and technical plastic systems, is strengthening its market position in Europe through the acquisition of ENEXIO Water Technologies, while also securing access to complementary production technology. The new owner, for whom the merger of the two companies will result in considerable synergies, offers ENEXIO Water Technologies excellent development opportunities.
