Sale of Dr. Oetker baking equipment licence to Fackelmann Group
Just in time for Christmas, Leifheit completed the sale of the ‘Dr. Oetker Baking Equipment’ licence agreement to Zenker Backformen, a company belonging to the Fackelmann Group. Leifheit had commissioned Consus Partner to sell the long-standing licence agreement and all associated assets as part of the consolidation of its product portfolio. The Fackelmann Group prevailed in the competitive bidding process, in which Dr. Oetker’s requirements for the future licensee played an important role alongside the purchase price.
