CEDS Duradrive specialises in the development and production of customised, high-quality electric drives up to 700 kW. Following the takeover of the company in 2013, the shareholders implemented a series of realignments, transforming CEDS Duradrive into a leading supplier in its niche market.
Given its strong market position, a sustainable growth strategy is essential for CEDS Duradrive to maintain its long-term position in its market. The shareholders therefore considered selling the company to a buyer who has the necessary expertise and capital and who will continue the company's culture in the long term.
