Purchase of the BETA Fueling Systems of McAleese
The management of BETA Fueling Systems, Inc., Reidsville, NC, USA, together with the German company DOME GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg, has acquired 100% of the shares in BETA, a leading US manufacturer of aircraft refuelling systems.
BETA's main product lines are tanker trucks for tourist and military airports and refuelling systems that use underground tanks. BETA was a subsidiary of the Liquip Aviation Division of the listed Australian McAleese Group, which divested itself of peripheral activities in order to focus on transport services.
