Cosmetics manufacturer BCG Baden-Baden Cosmetics Group sold to international investor group
BCG Baden-Baden Cosmetics Group AG manufactures and distributes some of the most popular premium skin care brands in Germany. DYA Holding GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, a company managed by DY Affluent Investment Fund, Hong Kong, has acquired all shares in the Baden-Baden-based company.
BCG Baden-Baden Cosmetics Group AG has a long tradition in the German cosmetics market. Its established brand portfolio consists of well-known brands such as Sans Soucis, Biodroga and Dr. Scheller. Following insolvency in 2010, a group of private investors acquired the long-established company. Through targeted brand relaunches and the acquisition of the Dr. Scheller brand, the management succeeded in quickly returning the group to profitable growth. Today, BCG Baden-Baden Cosmetics is one of the leading independent German manufacturers of premium skin care products and distributes its products in more than 60 countries.
