Participation of Waldegg Equity Partners in the Aventario Group
The Aventario Group specialises in transformation and vendor management consulting for large corporations. The team of around 30 employees supports customers in the procurement of complex services and associated transformation processes. The proprietary software managedsuppliers increases efficiency and transparency. Waldegg Equity Partners acquires a majority stake in the Aventario Group as part of a growth partnership with company founder Markus Kern.
Markus Kern wants to develop Aventario from a consulting company to a technology-based service provider in vendor management: ‘Together with Waldegg, we want to expand our customer base, strengthen our software product managedsuppliers and accelerate the growth of our SaaS revenues.’ Waldegg would like to accompany the organic growth and further strengthen it through acquisitions in the area of transformation or procurement consulting.
