The owners of Analyticon Biotechnologies AG have sold their shares to Hungary-based 77 Elektronika Kft., a market leader in high-quality in vitro diagnostic devices.
Analyticon Biotechnologies AG is a global company operating in the field of in vitro diagnostics, based in Lichtenfels, Hesse. The company specialises in the core areas of urine diagnostics and haematology. For several decades, Analyticon's products have been contributing to the reliable and highly accurate early detection of diabetes, kidney damage, infections and blood diseases. International customers, including medical practices, hospitals, clinical laboratories and OEM distributors, appreciate the ‘Made in Germany’ quality of Analyticon's highly profitable core product portfolio.
Following a strategic restructuring within the company, which focused on realigning Analyticon's profitable core business, the long-standing, trusting partnership with 77 Elektronika Kft. has been successfully taken to the next level through integration into their group of companies.
